Warranty Information—

At The Collectors Palace and TheCollectorsPalace.com, we are committed to delivering an exceptional ownership experience. Every timepiece we offer undergoes a comprehensive inspection to ensure authenticity and functionality before it is shipped to you.

All pre-owned and like-new watches include a complimentary 90-day limited warranty. This warranty covers internal mechanical defects and malfunctions not caused by misuse, wear and tear, or accidental damage.

For added peace of mind, we offer an optional extended warranty of 12 months for a fixed fee of $300, which includes a full service visit.

Your purchase will be accompanied by The Collectors Palace Warranty Card, which includes your watch’s serial number, reference number, and date of purchase. We recommend storing this card with your watch box and any accompanying paperwork for future reference.

Warranty Coverage Details:

• Covers internal mechanical defects and operational issues during the covered period.

• Does not cover physical damage, user negligence, wear beyond manufacturer specifications, or cosmetic wear and tear.

• Warranty service must be performed exclusively by The Collectors Palace. Opening or repairing the watch through any third party will void the warranty.

• Within the warranty period, The Collectors Palace will repair the watch, cover all parts and labor, or—at our discretion—replace the watch.

Important Notes:

• Third-party or manufacturer service costs will not be reimbursed.

• Shipping costs for warranty service are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

• Please contact The Collectors Palace before sending your watch in for any warranty-related service.
